Love lamb. Did you marinate ? I sometimes find lamb dries a bit on the grill unless I marinate / brine them. Color is perfection!!

Lamb is my favorite meat. This was last minute thing so ran to COSTCO to get the racks and just rubbed it all down with garlic powder.

The photo I posted of them cooked on a plate was the leftovers. Went fishing in the Gulf of you know where today so I had a great lunch!!!!
