Planning Commission meeting broke up too late to come home & start dinner so Maurice's it was:

This is our Chicken Eggplant Mozzarella Capa. Layers of Lightly Fried Eggplant & Chicken with Prosciutto Di Parma, Pepito Pesto and Chef Justin’s amazing broken Tomato Sauce topped with fried Basil.

It was incredibly good & incredibly filling - took half home for dinner tomorrow night. Had a small spinach salad on the side.

Cocktail - Dry Stoly Martini & a glass of Malbec with the meal
