Love the meat loaf

Baked Black Drum (Garlic, Old Bay, Garlic Butter, pinch of Red Pepper Flakes, White Wine, Lemon)
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic & Pancetta
Rice Medley with Pico de Gallo (had to use it up)
Glass of Pinot Noir

too bad youse guys don't have Black Drum up there - great tasting fish

yeah - don't know price - I'd guess around $15 pound - I bought this off of the boat as they came in - $6 a pound - had to buy the whole fillet which was 6 pounds

fish goes around 50 pounds or so
