Great experience. Guy showed up with a tow behind smoker made out of an old house propane tank at 8am. Cooked low and slow all day. Was ready at about 5. Pig was about 140lbs.

excellent...............

I used to work with a Greek Fella who would do a roast for Greek Easter in Astoria.
He would invite all his co-workers. Hardly anyone spoke English.

He did pig one year & Goat & Lamb the 2nd & 3rd years.

All were incredible.
