This is the last of the most recently dug bunch. Since saturdays linguini we had baked clams sunday and
Manhattan chowder last nite. These are half shelled and getting a pat of herb butter my wife made and going in the broiler?

Well turns out they were a pre dinner snack and delicious ?

We had baked clams as a app and pork loin medallions with fresh corn , baked taters and or potatoe salad

Spicy Tuna Salad, from the local Bagel Shop, on Arnold’s Rounds with Roasted Peppers, slice of cheese and warmed in the Toaster Oven.

Texas fried chicken taters/gravy biscuits for lunch too full for dinner

Jenn and I went out to an Italian Restaurant that opened up in January, heard nothing but great reviews from this place so we finally gave it a try. Chevy1 I recommend it if you want Italian one night. Very simple menu and they have specials everyday also. If you want something basic ie: chicken/veal parm they said they would make that too. They start you off with a basket of hot Italian breads, cheese, olives, oil, and 2 slices of bread with bruschetta. Apps was Vongole Oreganata. Main course Jenn had Pappardelle alla Bolognese and I had the stuffed veal chop (spinach and eggplant) which was one of the specials today and that was served with roasted potatoes and green beans and a mushroom brown sauce. They gave us 2 glasses of limoncello and of course we took home dessert, panna cotta with a raspberry sauce ? ?
