The only clams in your post that make my table are the little ones fried or steamed. The Skimmer/Surf/Hen/Whatever you call it, is only suitable for bait IMO.

Littlenecks/Topnecks/Cherrystonse/Quahogs are the clams that sit on my raw bar, spaghetti sauce and chowdah...

Break was egg whites and bacon on a WW wrap SPK.

Lunch was grilled chicken, broccoli rabe, and provolone on a WW wrap.

Dinner is veggie pasta with meatballs and gravy.
