Flank steak(Jenny over cooked it just a tad) baby bella mushroom with 3 cheese, salad with feta and Jenny home made dressing, langostino lobster cooked in the airfryer. A little rice/wild rice, kimchee and kirby kimchee.

Rice noodle in clam broth with fried eggs and mushroom. This was Jenny's dinner but I had to have some. ?

don't know what you consider a decent price but Capt13 got one on the water - with a dock & two boat lifts in the backyard along with 3 garages two of which were boat garages (extra tall so the boats can be brought indoors) for $315,000
