Pan Seared Caprese Chicken Sausage (smoked Chicken Sausage w/Basil, Mozzarella & Sun Dried Tomatoes)
Rice topped with Red Cabbage Microgreens w/Lime-Miso Dressing
Sautéed Radish Greens w/Olive Oil, Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Sun Dried Tomato & sliced Radishes
Glass of Merlot

My wife switched over to making it in the oven years ago and its awesome.
If its a point cut it goes in the dutch oven in water and into the oven
If its a flat cut that we are going to use for rueben's or sandwiches, she puts a special rub on it and wraps it in foil and slow cooks in the oven.
We buy 1/2 a dozen or so pieces of meat this time of year while on sale and throw 'em in the freezer

We had our meal Wednesday but gobbled it down so fast, no pictures....

I think for nostalgia I will still make it in the crockpot once in a while, but the oven is 1000 time’s tastier.
