Today we had family day. Started today shopping for Christmas etc. I asked the quiet one, my son, "what's for dinner". Dad, can you prep surf and turf?. Sure. So that's what we did! I say we because my daughter likes to cook, so we split duties and off we went.

Pan seared small potatoes
Corn (whatever, they asked for it)

I stock up every time I'm in NY - gonna do the same thing over this coming Christmas weekend - hit up the one in Smithtown - you want anything?
