Way too windy, and honestly too tired to grill!

So, tonight was burrata ravioli in a light bacon enhanced alfredo sauce with peas. The boy is home so seared shrimp with garlic needed to be added on top. The bacon is the surplus from my brother who decided that the cost was too high (FJB), so he secured a pork belly and did it himself. I have to admit, even to a younger brother which hurt a bit

, he did an outstanding job and produced an awesome product! Picture is an example, I actually cook with the "burnt ends" which I have in smaller packages.
