At ~15:00, I got a huge craving for white clam sauce at dinner. Regrettably, I had shucked and froze all my clams on Monday. No matter, looked at the tide calendar and saw I was good to go and dig some today so I put on the boots and hit the clam flats. Two hours later I sat down to this:
