Bell and Evans.............................like yours! Cimeter knife. I find very good for breaking down meat, a bit much for thinning chicken breasts. LOL

Will be using a garlic based stir fry marinade on the charcoal grill. Chicken grilled with a Nashville sauce marinade.

Pork, grilled zucchini, mash potato (Idaho with one red yam), garlic and cheese. Caesar salad.

Forgot to introduce the flanken beef rib but that got grilled too. Crispy on the ends. Marinated in a beef Korean barbecue style sauce

Lastly the chicken was grilled after sitting in some Nashville chicken sauce.
