Watch your total tilefish consumption, they have some of the highest mercury contamination.

Enjoying quiet Sunday at home with the World Baseball Classic games. GO USA!!! ?? AND, been munching on homemade guac and Gluten free, vegan Lentils chips. Will be lazy by ordering Chinese takeout. Thinking steamed veggie dumplings, steamed chicken with mixed veggies sauce on the side and brown rice. Dessert will be some fresh Orri mandarins.

I never had tile fish but the monk fish does have a taste and texture of lobster.
