you toss the pasta in oil?


the last few minutes of wen the pasta is cooking, add the broccoli flowerets to same pot a minute or so, then drain…

have ready a good amount of slivered garlic and good olive oil, add to pot and sauté to desired likeness, browned or lightly…

add pasta / broccoli back into pot and toss till everything is coated.. the amount of olive oil depends how much is desired, dosent matter… sprinkle of cheese…

i like to add oil cured olives, adding shrimp to the frying garlic is good too…

glass of white needed… cellfish…

Dinner: Jenn got Cedar Planked Salmon with a Dijon mustard glaze and dill sauce. I got the Pan Seared Sea Scallops in a brown butter, lemon, parsley sauce. Both dishes came with potatoes and green beans with carrots.
