Never had either way, I’m not sure if I would care for it. I like most everything and would be willing to try15 years ago, i enjoyed this Whitefish Salad from Costco & BJ’s, but I became tired of the too salty taste…
cellie’s homemade smoked bluefish salad is equally as good, without the high salt taste.. it’s saving some good $$$ and equally as good for a large party… cellfish…

How did you prepare the eggplant?
that looks excellent - gotta give it a try.......sure, get the best EP ya can find… this one here is the best ever , very few seed, fresh, firm…
prepare a mediterranean style stuffing, cubed bread, tomato, garlic, parsley, olive oil, S&P, oregano, water, grated cheese if u like… not to be dry… rosemary goes well with EP..
slice EP in half, scour the the meat in a cross cross fashion deep enough to stuff the fruit but not through…
take the EP into the mixing bowl and with ya hands push the stuffing into the boat… place EP into a roasting pan and not to waste the tidbits, rinse the bowl with water and drizzle onto the EP… add some water to roasting pan to help steam EP…
with a 350’ oven , get the EP into oven and cover with foil lightly to help steam and remove foil after 20 minutes or so to help with browning…
check for tenderness wit fork, should be good for 40 minutes or so…
white wine needed ,crusty bread, olives and provolone… bon appetite’ cellie…
