It was good!

I boiled some ball park franks. I had no hot dog buns, Only hamburger buns.
I cut the dogs in half and placed them on the hamburger bun with onions and
mustard.

A friend gave me some fresh bigeye he got on an overnite canyon trip Friday into Saturday and my wife turned a bunch into tartare with some baked wontons and we grilled the rest to a perfect medium rare??
