Today’s lunch roasted turkey sammitch with LTMSP

No pics but 2 kinds of smoked fish dip
Both with sea bass and porgy
1 is a "Key West" style and is wetter than the other.
It has cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, fresh lemon juice, Franks Red Hot, chopped celery and chopped red onion.
The other is drier and only has the fish, chopped celery, chopped onion, and just enough mayo to bind it together.
Both different but equally delicious!!! (y)
 
I boiled em for 5-10 minutes, let stand in hot water for an hour or so, drain well, smudder wit BBQ sauce, crisp on wood fire... yum ?... cellie...
