Oh, I was also remiss to point out that it's great to see REAL SUSHI, props to the home sushi chef!!

Refreshing not to see the crazy azz combo rolls that Heretical Chefs pimping Asian-Fusion concoct for Wussy Gaijin palates. Sushi rolls with cream cheese???? Never seen those in a Tokyo Sushi Bar...

Right up there with Starbucks 2 vanilla shot, half-caf, soy milk, macchiatos!!!
