Bird is out. Tented under tinfoil for 30 minutes. Stuffed mushrooms going in the oven in 10 minutes. Stuffing, Swiss Medley, Mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes are in the oven.

Funny. I gave my wife a hard time about 325. My grandmother always cooked ours at 350. Guess she was right for once ?
