My daughters boyfriend got a deer on Thanksgiving morning. So my son in law made ( Mikes meat candy) blackstrap marinated in Worcestershire sauce wrapped in bacon , than topped with a little BBQ sauce and than roasted. Stopped at a restaurant around the block from airport. They seat you family style, with a set menu and you pass dishes around. Started with Cole slaw, cucumber salad, sweet rolls, corn bread, biscuits with gravy, green beans, pork chops smoothered in gravy, fried chicken, corn pudding, meatloaf, BBQ chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cabbage (I think I got everything) some glasses of sweet tea and finished with banana creme pudding.
