Boat to Table Fluke Oraganato (was just being unloaded from the back of a pickup when I arrived - I saw them whole - they were fluke - market & fishermasn unloading called them flounder) - had to wait for the fish monger to fillet them

Big piece of fluke. Couldn't fit it all on the plate with the other stuff. Had to go back for thirds.
