Baked pork chop, potatoes, string beans for lunch. Not a lot to look at, but so good on this dreary day. Stepped out to the post office and boy is it damp and chilly out there!

Yea this came out a little bland Looking
Not so bland tasting
Ground pork and veal meatloaf mix ( didn’t want meatloaf
Can of white beans
American cheeses
Salt pepper garlic onion powder
Cumin and cayane pepper

I got lazy and have no inclination these days for what passes as take out or delivery

Sauteed Fresh Spinach - sundried tomato, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, cracked black pepper
Glass of Eastern Shore Red (Chatham Vineyard & Winery - Vinter's Blend)

You would be surprised by the cannons that have been modified that parish priest are oblivious too

I grand mother had a Monsignor that was a good friend we discussed it one day prior to my wedding
He said and I quote
Most parish priest simply don’t keep abreast of the ever changing rules out of the Vatican
