Always loved rice a roni......................but if it was overcooked, yuck!

Well the house saga never ends. I mean all good, but we decided that the basement has not been touched for 17 years so off to the carpet store to replace. Might as well do while the rest of the house is trashed. Found something not too painful. Costco and Meat Farms and then made dinner.
Chicken leg thigh combo less bone marinated citrus onion marinade over charcoal and wood, boiled combo of white, red and yukon gold small potatoes and then smashed and crispy up with onions in a pan plus 3 cheddar cheese. Leaf lettuce looked good so put under tomato mozzarella, thin sliced onion on top. Oh, a Stella in a very cold glass!
