Gyro meat, but not on pita bread.
Didn’t have any so I make a Gyro hero with lettuce tomatoes, sautéed onions and Greek yogurt. I think toast would have been a better choice, but it was delicious.

gotta tell ya, fresh bluefish is very good, spicy spices makes it right… fennel, cumin, chili & garlic powder all too good… blacken to a crisp…squeeze of yellow… yum…

??? the dollar bill, went to buy some gum yesterday and the vending machine rejected the bill cauz of the mussels…

and Goofy wit the swim goggles yesterday, I had fun in a Saturday night bath ?… cellfish…

Dinner last night. Flank steak naked, lol, no marinade. Working on the house all day so just salt and pepper. Onions, shitake, bella sauteed. A drip of soy and a drip of Maggi seasoning. Smashed potatoes, plain, time got away from me. Ended up eating after 8.
