I was wondering Chevy if u have any ideas for Quinoa? Tonight 1st time for me. Just added butter and some minced garlic. It was kinda crunchy and ok-ish. Is it possible to use it in risotto recipe? Guys? Thnx.

Well, started making beef stock last night from bones. Took longer than anticipated so cleaning pots late last night! No salt, no seasoning at all. Pure beef stock.
