How do you make those rollups?

Great weeknight meal and kids love them.
Super easy, put 2-3 teaspoons of your favorite cooked stuffing into thick sliced Turkey breast, coat bottom of ceramic 9x12 dish with a thin coating of Turkey gravy, arrange roll ups and cover with more gravy. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. That’s it??

my wife enjoys the Oven Blackened Bluefish, ya really good… some spaghetti & broccoli rabe, guacamole & crackers, bubble water… cellfish…

Istanbul Bay Premium in Englishtown, NJ

Started with a naan like bread, served with Olives and Olive Oil.

Half a bottle of Red Wine

Dinner: Adana Kebab; Ground lamb flavored with red bell peppers slightly seasoned with paprika and grilled. Was served with a salad and Rice. Hot sauce and White sauce on the side.

Went with the Tres Leches and a Turkish Coffee.
