Crap, let's not start an international spelling war. I challenge all of my fellow Italian Americans, especially those of Neopolitan ancestry to actually spell the pastry that they call "SFOO-YA-DELL"!!

It's actually spelled sfogliatella, but I'll be damned if anyone in my family pronounced it anything close to that; right up there with "GOB-A-GOOL", capocollo.
