Pan Seared Angus, Onion, Parsley, Shiitake Mushroom Burger on a toasted Sandwich Thin (slice of Provolone)
Fries (Black Trufflle Oil, Kosher Salt, Cilantro - that's what I had)
Corn/Peas
Glass of Red

Best "home" beer battered fish I have seen in a while. Perfectly coated and evenly cooked!!

And on a wire rack so the bottom does not get soggy. When paper towel is introduced and left on it for a bit, ehhh. LOL
Thank You!! I used rice flour first before putting in the beer batter. Rice flour allows the batter to stick a lot better. Wire rack all the way!! stays crispy on both sides
