Loved that back in the day, a Deli staple. Fresh sliced made a great sandwich with Muenster and Mayo. Don’t know what it tastes like now.

I unfortunately have developed some sort of allergy to eggplant and other seeded veggies
Soon as I eat eggplant my tongue gets weird and tingly
If I get past that and eat a serving my stomach is a wreck the next day
It was always one of my favorites ??
