looks great D, i wish i could enjoy those strips, it’s off limit from now on…

btw, not to be insulting, wen i cooked for the crowd in vermont , i found it easier to cut the bacon in half and fry…

? it browned the strips more evenly & easier, than having the outside of strip undone, give a try… cellfish … ?

True that. I flip and rotate direction but will try cutting in half that's a good idea
