Took my brother & brother-in-law to Maurice's KuchiSabishii Lounge last night.

We split up a bunch of Dim sum, Grilled Satays & Sushi. They'd never been to the Lounge & wanted to try it. They wanna come back next weekend for a repeat.

This was my BIL sushi:
Tonno Bonito Roll!
Tempura Flash Fried Yellowfin Tuna, Avocado, Jalapeño Mayo, Fried Shallots, Sesame Seeds and Bonito Flakes (DeHydrated Smoky Tuna flakes)

Sauteed Mussels in a Tarragon/Ginger Sauce (and other stuff) over Linguini
Warmed Dinner Roll with Parmesan/Basil Garlic Butter
Glass of Red

Lobster rigatoni, cream sauce, spinach, truffle oil.

Surf and turf (interesting) Fried soft shell crab, Korean pepper sauce baby back ribs, coconut rice, potato, string beans.

Chicken cutlet, tomato, mozzarella, cucumber and onion salad. Wife made a baked potato and the POTATO fell into the fryer. Couple shitake mushrooms had the same fate. Wasabi kewpie mayo. Couple othe dippings for the rest.
