Had Chef Nader come over tonight and we did a little cooking. Capt Mike joined us with his lovely wife as well.

Started off with sourdough bread, melted fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and prosciutto. Dinner was rice cracker crusted cod, Lobster Oreganata, blackened swordfish, and some roasted carrots and asparagus. Of course dessert was Chefs napoleon.
