Whats on tonights Menu

My parents cooked a roast beef every week, they are gone now for years. Never did a roast beef myself and Mary thought today was a perfect day for it and it was.

Cooked it medium well, potatoes and carrots, gravy with the drippings. We both loved it.

I didn’t have breakfast so I have an early lunch pasta with vine, ripe tomatoes, basil, olives, olive oil, and some shaved Parmesan cheese
