Braised big azz pork chops, cabernet shiitake mushroom sauce, twice baked potato, sautéed zucchini, onion and sun dried tomato. The sauce came out fantastic.

Reverse seared ribeyes. Mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole.
The broccoli casserole was really good. I gotta get the recipe. My daughter made it.

Liverwurst is one of a few things I will not eat
Growing up one of my best friends would bring a Liverwurst sandwich to school in his lunch bag at least once every week or too and I would turk on him every time over how gross I thought it was. Not sure if its just the name but I can still close my eyes and picture the smell and get queasy LOL
