The Chef had a Girls day out so I finished up the Salad augmented with Prosciutto, Chicken LiverPâté, Gorgonzola and Manchego Cheese. Dead man walking.

Went to Culpers 1778 last night.

One of the best Blue Cheese Stuffed Olive Dirty Martini's I've had

Starter: Crispy pork belly -house made pork belly, rosemary burnt honey, fried garlic and chives

Dinner: Prime dry aged tomahawk for two added Au poivre sauce
Sides: Cabernet braised mushrooms and whipped potatoes
Wine: Malbec

Dessert: Espresso Martini's (Jenn added a shot of Chambord to hers), Creme Brulee, and Bananas Foster Pound Cake

freaking delicious:

bow tie pasta works best; cook, cool and set aside…

melt a large onion wit olive oil in a pot, big enuf to hold spinach,

wash spinach, remove heavier stems, throw into pot , cook down till soft, nothing crazy…

let cool a few minutes, add one pond container of Ricotta and Mozzarella, toss with 2 eggs…

into baking dish add some oil into bottom, add spinach , spread out…

sprinkle a sharper cheese on top… PARMESAN…

spices include, salt, pepper, nutmeg…

bake 425* . till golden, 30 minutes or so…
