If you ever get to Denver I would highly recommend Jack’s on Pearl. If I had to pick one word to describe the place…….. outstanding. From the prime Australian Wagyu cuts, to their dry aged fish selections, all delicious, and first class. All their fish items on the menu have been dry aged, and the Wagyu wet aged on premises.
