Wahlburgers tonight again. All natural Angus Beef which is their combination of brisket, short rib and chuck. Picked em' up at Stop & Shop to try them out. I had two last night and they were very good! Surprised.

hey chinacat- didn’t know they had a retail location in port jeff. It was a surprise how these burgers turned out; good fat content, I put a little McCormick seasoning on it with a touch of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire.. got a nice char on the grill medium they tasted good with a buttery but flavorful inside. First time trying them!
