hey chinacat- didn’t know they had a retail location in port jeff. It was a surprise how these burgers turned out; good fat content, I put a little McCormick seasoning on it with a touch of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire.. got a nice char on the grill medium they tasted good with a buttery but flavorful inside. I really don’t like to publicly put down a business but personally I would not got o out of my way to go to wahlburgers. My son goes to school of rock which is in the same building. I’m up that way 2 to 3 times a week since it opened a couple of times a week. Sat at the bar only and watching what goes on there and all the wrong orders and send backs I never once ate anything. It’s always pretty quiet and slow there too

Looks like false albacore? I also give them away to mates on boats. On my friends' boats we throw them back.I once took to Chinese restaurant and right away the cook say cannot do anything with that disgusting fish. Stray feral starving cats wouldn't touch it either.Oh boy.
