My in-laws made 3 turkeys. 2 fried and one in the oven. I’ll be honest with you. The fried turkey skin, wings, and legs were great. The white meat from the oven bird was better than the fried I think.

Ate my first fried turkey ever in my life in Florida with my son's in laws earlier this year.. Agree with u 110 %, skin, wings and drumstick out of this world. But white meat a little dry.
