Had a celebratory dinner at Chipotles tonight. My quarterly check up at my internist today was very good with all my vitals being dead on healthy. I even lost a pound since a month ago which makes it 12 lbs total I have lost since this past June. ( I owe it all to fishing no doubt). I inhaled salsa chips with guac and tried the Carne Asada rice bowl. Filled with rice , sliced marinated flank steak cheese, black beans, more guac, black beans, veggies, lettuce, salsa, corn,etc, etc liberally seasoned with McIlhenny's Tabasco. And a tall frosty cold one to put out the fire in my belly.
When I got home, had dessert of left over Thanksgiving apple pie and pumpkin pie. Think I gained back 10 lbs. But it was dang yummy.

When I 'm fishing I don't take the time to eat. With the slow down of winter coming, I'm gonna be in a whole world of trouble.
