Sauteed Fresh Spinach with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Olive Oil
Rice Melody (yeah - I've been on a rice kick the last couple of weeks) with sauteed Cherry Tomatoes in Olive Oil, Garlic & Oregano (Garlic Butter & a bit of Salt added to the water -rice absorbs it ( superb!!)
Far Stand Fresh Spinach sauteed with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Olive Oil
