my style of boiling Is the ribs need to be boiled 5 minutes and then soak at least 6-8 hours... if ya gonna crisp em up at dinner time 6:00 pm, ya need to boil’em first thing in morning...

if its Sunday eats at 2:00pm, I would boil em the night before... 8-10 hours...

want my cell #... cellie...

I forgot just how good venison backstrap is with only a little pepper and a liberal amount of salt thrown on the grill. Usually I marinate it for 24-48 hours in something. But this was damn good.
