anyway that’s a PYREX baking dish, comes with plastic cover available in Walmart’s for crazy cheap as a 4 piece set. PYREX bettter than the competitor Anchor... Walmart’s has several styles, other shops has em too, bed bath & beyond, target, etc... cellie... Bon Appetite...

I made chirashi. I like sushi but very little raw fish lately. Was in edgewater this afternoon, stopped into a place called Mitsua, came home and made chirashi. Not bad!
