Celebrated losing over 40 lbs with a small portion of linguine white clam. Aye, there's the rub, my battle with blubber is due to portion control, or a lack there of. Not a junk food eater, just love to eat good stuff. I stopped the formal diet over 2 weeks ago and have actually dropped a few lbs since. The original goal was 30, but figured I should overshoot a bit. If I can stay at -35, I'll be a happy camper.

Oh yeah, it was magnifico, all 5 bites!!!
