Had nothing thawed and I was hungry ?
Not a fan of oil based sauces. Has to do with the texture. I'm sure it was delicious. If it was in a red sauce I'd eat it.white
baby clams, squid (cut into small pieces), baby mussels, small shrimp into:
1/4 cup olive oil
minced garlic
heavy dose of tarragon
oregano
2 teaspoons lemon juice
pinch red pepper flakes
pinch or two of thyme
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
that's for one individual - and - it's yummy

Mitch.let me clarify for all who may try this:
Clams & Mussels were out of the shell. Local Supermarket sells Clam & Mussel meat minus shells & no Chinacat (a man whose name I should actually know) - not canned clams.
