Whats on TV

I am open and fair to anything that airs on TV these days but when the Major networks” as they like to be labeled, do not air a statement of a standing President , I find this censorship unfair. We know cancel culture has been a major effort put forward by the ultra liberal media but at this level it should be found as a crime against half of Americans who do not agree with liberal progressive money grabbers.

Watching a fascinating PBS 3 part series on the history of Pan Am Airways - Amazon Prime.

So many innovations in air travel by one visionary, Juan Trippe - radio navigation, ocean crossings, air tourism.
Charles Lindbergh had a big part in all of it. So did Igor Sikorsky of later helicopter fame.

Few know it, but the "Marine Air Terminal" at LGA was the NY terminal for the Pan Am flying boats. Imagine now if one of those puppies tried landing in the Sound on a Sunday Afternoon!!!
