I had to google it John, looks like 60 stories... I was introduced to units in Miami at 48 floor, way to high for me and unnecessary... our friend Whatknot says this building is fuggin bugly... there are a few in midtown even higher(Nutz)... the highest residential building inda Western Hemisphere... cellie...

and yes, it’s prolly a marketing thing having this building on Smith channel, built 5 years ago wit a third of building dark, da developers are prolly pulling their hairs out and overextended themselves, CV not helping... cellfish...
