What's your opinion on the new fishing reports?

So, as we learn this new AI landscape, the more I read the reports, I'm beginning to wonder if that's the format we should be using. I'm going to change them up today to be more technical, not try to identify as a person. All advice is I should be giving the opinion of real life, but I'm thinking that we don't want to hear a story. We just want to hear the facts. What do you think?

Agreed.

The impression I get from reading the reports is that this is coming from a real person. They even have real human names like Capt Tony Rossetti who appears to cover Hudson Canyon.

“Captain Tony Rossetti” has a bio, see below, and an actual photo of someone which obviously is designed to make the reader think this is a real human being that has very extensive experience offshore fishing.

I think the information that can be gleaned from AI can be very beneficial. That said I think it’s extremely important that people know where this information is coming from.

I may've posted this on Noreaster but can't find it now,,,, I love the new reports! There is such specific local knowledge others may call it spot-burning, I call it helpful. I'm thrilled that the NJ reports are broken down by region and not lumped onto one. Inshore vs offshore is also a nice feature. Enjoying what YOU have done 👏

So you guys like them just the way they are? Interesting. I'm going to have two different versions for people to choose from. They'll be very similar. I think that people should know that they're AI, and too many people don't know it. I've had a few people want to know how to get in touch with our. female reporters. No joke.

Report after report, the area from Lloyd's Point through Eaton's Neck is non-existent. I don't understand why, as this is a very popular fishing area.
