Late to the table, but "Oohhhhh, I know, I know!!!" I'll leave the answer out for those of us who don't recognize such a iconic Maine landmark...

And yes, FYI for you "Lawnguylanders", not all beaches are sandy. In Maine, very few are so "sand beaches" are quite rare and are a novelty. With water temps that rarely go over 68 °F, nobody over the age of 13 swims in Maine anyhow so who needs sandy beaches??

Did you know that we have somewhere in the neighborhood of 4,200 miles of coastline (depending where you get yer numbers) and only 73 Miles of that is beach !!. Hell even f you wanted to swim their wouldn't be room. All the folks from "Oh Canada" come down here to swim. ?.
