They still do. Not sure if still on every hour. Been a while. Never knew they flapped until I seen it on Roadside America some years back. Wife didn't know either and she had an office across the street for a few years. Sat there one time on my motorbike determined. Sure enough they flapped. Amazing you can drive passed something almost daily and know so little.
